SIZING

BRAZIL BORN is true to women and to Australian size standards.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE

In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.

Bottom fit: If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your hip measurement.

Top fit: If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 12-24 hours using the Australia Post eParcel service.

Shipping within Australia is FREE for orders from $100 and up, below $100 shipping is $5.95.

RETURNS POLICY

BRAZIL BORN have no problems if you want to return an item.

You can return or exchange any garment for a full refund if it is within 30 days of receiving your original order. To start an online return, please contact info@brazilborn.com
The amount refunded will be the price paid when purchasing the garment.
Purchases made using AfterPay can be returned for a refund, within 14 days of receiving the item
Returns or Exchange parcels are payed for at the customers own expense.
If you have purchased a garment that needs to be swapped due to size or colour, the buyer will send the goods back at their own expense and once the order has been received BRAZIL BORN will send the new product right away
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed securely so they do not get damaged. Please also ensure you send the goods with a tracking number, otherwise we will not take responsibility if the goods never arrive at the BRAZIL BORN headquarters

GIFT VOUCHERS

#BRAZILBORN gift vouchers can be purchased to send to your family and friends. If you are after a last minute gift for a valued family member or friend why not purchase an on-line gift voucher? If it’s a physical gift you want to send to someone, you can also purchase a gift voucher that BRAZIL BORN will wrap and send to the address provided.

HOW DO I USE THE GIFT VOUCHER?

Every gift voucher will have a unique code on it. When you are checking out and paying for the garments you have chosen, you will be asked to enter the SPECIAL CODE you receipt with your gift voucher .
