- Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit (Gift Card), a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Item must be in the original sale "as new" condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached and garment un-worn.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Communicate your intention of returning a item within 07 days emailing us at email@example.com with your order number #
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- You will receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit within 3 work days.
